How to apply for a press accreditation:
Send your accreditation request to press@gmm.be. In return you will get a link to an online application form. Deadline for accreditation requests for GMM25 is June 1, 2025. Applications submitted after this date will no longer be processed.
Accreditation Policy:
- In order to be considered for a press accreditation, you must be on assignment with coverage secured in a medium. Requests for personal purposes will not be approved.
- A press accreditation is granted based on the link between your media outlet and the festival, as well as the relevance and added value to the festival. Past coverage of the festival is considered, except for first-time applicants.
- Maximum of 2 accreditations per medium.
- Each application will be reviewed carefully. If your application is approved, you will be emailed check-in and on-site details, as well as your access vouchers. If your application is rejected, you will also be informed about this. Please do not email us about the status of your application. You will receive a response to your request in due time.
- Approval does not guarantee a free press accreditation. Paid press accreditations must be paid in advance via bank transfer. Pre-paid general admission or VIP tickets are non-refundable.
- A press accreditation does NOT include access to festival campsites. A separate camping ticket must be purchased through the festival's ticket shop.
- A press accreditation does NOT grant photography privileges. A separate photo accreditation is required to take pictures. There are 2 types of photo accreditations:
- A photo pit pass allows you to photograph selected bands. These passes are very limited.
- A photo field permit grants you permission to photograph the festival atmosphere (crowds, ambiance, general festivals scenes). No band photography is allowed with this permit.
- Audio or video recording is NOT allowed at the festival. The GMM TV production team will provide bona fide news broadcasters with footage from the performances via a video feed. The material will be filmed and shared with broadcasters in accordance with the conditions of the artists’ management and the festival. Usage of this footage needs to be requested to the organisation in advance.
- Unauthorized drones are NOT allowed on and around the festival venue at all times.
- By submitting your application, you agree to send all published materials or reports about Graspop Metal Meeting 2025 to our press office via email by October 1, 2025: press@gmm.be.
