Press accreditations
Application period is closed
Deadline for accreditation requests for #GMM24 is June 1, 2024. Applications submitted after this date will no longer be processed.
Accreditation policy
- A press accreditation gives you access to the festival site, the Boneyard camping, the press area and Press Village.
- A press accreditation is granted when there is a link between the festival and your medium, and will be decided partially based upon published materials of past year(s) of the festival.
- Our policy is maximum of 2 accreditations per medium. Not all approved media are entitled to a free press accreditation. Paid press accreditations need to be paid in advance by bank transfer before receiving your access voucher.
- Audio or video recording is not allowed at the festival. The GMM TV production team will provide bona fide news broadcasters with footage from the performances via a videofeed. The material will be filmed and shared with broadcasters in accordance with the conditions of the artists’ management and the festival. Usage of this footage needs to be requested to the organisation in advance.
- Drones are prohibited on and around the festival venue at all times.
- Professional photography is only allowed with a valid photo pass:
- a photo pit pass allows you to take photos both in the photo pit in front of the stages as well as on the festival site. If your application for a photo pit pass voucher is granted, it will be emailed together with your access voucher. In addition, you must sign a waiver at the press office during the festival. The waiver clearly states that you will only be using artist images for your media outlet and that those images will not be available for sale to any third parties.
- a festival site pass allows you to photograph audience and atmosphere on the festival site.
- No photo pass? We have a great team of in-house photographers. We will upload festival and concert photos in the media gallery during the festival.
