Emergency Plan Activated for Graspop Metal Meeting on Wednesday

The rain fell, and is still falling in torrents. And unfortunately, we are experiencing significant consequences at Graspop Metal Meeting as well. We are therefore forced to activate our emergency plan for Wednesday.

What does this mean concretely?

First of all, no parking will be open on Wednesday. Graspop Metal Meeting will not be able to receive cars on Wednesday. Are you absolutely required to spend the night at the campsite on Wednesday, for example, because you are already on your way from abroad? Then try to reach campsites Boneyard and Inferno by public transport.

For people who are absolutely required to stay overnight on Wednesday, emergency accommodation will be provided. They can spend the night at campsites Boneyard and Inferno only by using public transport and shuttle buses.

Wednesday's program canceled

The entire program on Wednesday evening, including the Boneyard Pre-party hosted by Studio Brussel, is canceled.

The organization is of course closely monitoring the situation. Fortunately, the weather forecast for tomorrow is better, so let’s stay positive. More information about the situation with our parking lots for the next festival days will follow tomorrow in the late afternoon.

The programming of the other festival days is not at risk. The organization of Graspop Metal Meeting is ready to give it all for 4 days! We thank everyone for their understanding in this unpredictable situation.
